Coffee is where the stamp card was born, and where most cardboard gets lost. Your customer comes three times a week and does not always carry a wallet.
A coffee customer returns every two or three days. That frequency is exactly what makes stamps work: they collect ten without noticing and the reward lands soon, not in six months.
Most coffee shops empty out between 3 and 5pm. That is where a reminder to people walking nearby changes the afternoon.
The dashboard tells you when your people come, in your local time, and who has not appeared in a month. That is the group you message.
When a customer passes within 200 metres of your shop, their card surfaces by itself on their lock screen. It is not an email lost in an inbox or a message deleted unread: it is their card, with their balance, at the moment they could actually walk in.
You tell me what you reward in a coffee shop and I set up the card, your locations and the counter screen. You configure nothing.
