Nobody buys the same thing twice at a bakery. One day it is two pastries, the next it is dinner bread for the whole house. That is why stamps do not fit: they reward the small basket and the large one identically.
Points reward by amount, not by visit. The customer doing the big Sunday shop collects what they are owed, and that is what brings them back the following Sunday.
Afternoon bread is what goes unsold. A six o clock reminder to people who live nearby empties the tray before closing.
The dashboard tells you when your people come, in your local time, and who has not appeared in a month. That is the group you message.
When a customer passes within 200 metres of your shop, their card surfaces by itself on their lock screen. It is not an email lost in an inbox or a message deleted unread: it is their card, with their balance, at the moment they could actually walk in.
You tell me what you reward in a bakery and I set up the card, your locations and the counter screen. You configure nothing.
