Your customer gets a cut every three or four weeks. That is a perfect rhythm to reward, and the worst possible one for cardboard that has to survive a month in a wallet.
With monthly visits, a ten-stamp card lasts almost a year. In that time it gets lost, washed with the trousers, or the stamp runs out of ink. On a phone it does not.
Monday and Tuesday are the dead days in almost every barbershop. A Monday morning reminder fills a chair that was going to sit empty.
The dashboard tells you when your people come, in your local time, and who has not appeared in a month. That is the group you message.
When a customer passes within 200 metres of your shop, their card surfaces by itself on their lock screen. It is not an email lost in an inbox or a message deleted unread: it is their card, with their balance, at the moment they could actually walk in.
You tell me what you reward in a barbershop and I set up the card, your locations and the counter screen. You configure nothing.
